What’s happened?
The private information of a considerable number of Facebook users around the globe has perhaps been used to generate political advertising. Political research firm Cambridge Analytica has been reprimanded for mining the data of 50 million Facebook users to construct political advertising in the midst of the 2016 US election campaign.
